This is a 1988 Vietnam 500 Nam Tram Dong "SPECIMEN" banknote, serial number PA 0000000. The note is in pristine condition and has never been circulated. It is an excellent addition to any collection of rare and unique banknotes. The note was manufactured in Vietnam and features beautiful design elements that are indicative of the country's rich history and culture. Although ungraded, the note is in excellent condition and has been well-preserved. It is certified as uncirculated and would make an excellent addition to any collection.
