Vietnam South 50 Dong Note P-R8 1963 ND (1968) PMG 53 Ultra rare. Recently graded. I think it deserved a higher grade. I still do not see the small tear the grader noted. Very carefully packaged and promptly shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
