200 and 500 Dong notes from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV). The 200 note is dated 1988 and the 500 note is dated 1987. There is a portrait of Ho Chi Minh on the front left side. The 200 note is red-brown and tan on multicolor underprint; the back has field workers at left and a tractor at center right. The 500 note is red-brown and red on multicolor underprint; the back has a dockside view. Both notes have small red serial # digits. Both notes are crisp uncirculated, from a pack of 100 notes that I recently acquired from a dealer. Please view the photos to see for yourself.
