This uncirculated 2 Vietnamese dong note was introduced by the State Bank of Vietnam in 1980. It is a blackish-brown, green, light blue, and red note that measures 115 mm x 58 mm. Its obverse side shows the national emblem. Its reverse side shows buildings alongside a river. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a flower pattern watermark.
