Ultimately, the grading of the banknote is up to you. I ask you to please view the pictures of the banknote so that you can come up with an idea of what you feel the banknote's grading is. Grading is subjective and even experts can disagree about the grade of a given banknote. Satisfaction Guaranteed I do allow returns for full refund as well as your shipping costs (with in reason). "5 Day Handling Time" The reason why I have a "5 day" delivery time is that from time to time I have to travel away from home because of my employment. Because of this, I'm unable to ship right away. When I am at home, I try to get all orders shipped out quickly. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international shipping, I use eBay international shipping. That means, your order will be processed by eBay.
