These notes were printed in China but never issued. Date of printing recently changed from 1963 to 1968 based on a Chinese book that indicated 1968 was correct year.They were intended for use in the territories under control of the National Liberation Front.Many of them were captured during a joint US/South Vietnamese military operation into Cambodia.
