Notes in new Dong Value (These notes) issue 1951 and later were printed in the Czechlovakia and remained in circulation until 1958. As such they were the last wartime notes issued during the fighting against the French and the became the post war currency of the post 1954 Independent Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam). The 10 Dong Note is the rarest of this series of notes.
