BANK NOTE - 10 XU - Star Note Viet Cong - National Liberation Front Serial Number - ML 883 744 Printed in China in 1963 these notes were issued for use in the Territories under the control of the Central Committee Of The National Front for the Liberation of Vietnam (Uy Ban Trung U'Ong). Never issued and been held for use after the full occupation of South Vietnam the notes were captured by a US Special Forces unit operating in Cambodia in 1970.
